Trophy Suppliers/Slide in picture frames

I don't do trophies and plaques, but I'm in need of some 4x6 and 5x7 gold and silver self adhesive slide in picture frames that generally go on plaques. JDS is where I usually get stuff like this, but they have been on back order for these for months. Does anyone know another trophy wholesale supplier that sells these? Thanks!
