URL not going to you tube

I have URL's saved on different topics in word documents. Always been you clic and it goes to the you tube and has a list of others down the right side. Few days ago something changed. Now while I clic on you tube and it goes to you tube the one I clicked on is not even there. I can copy and paste the URL to the tool bar and still get there as it did it past I just lost the function of how it was. What happened ore more important how do i change it back? here is where it goes to on any URL clicked now.
