This one I roughed turned, covered it with Anchorseal, and let it dry slowly for one year. The pink color in the wood was still evident even after multiple coats of polymerized tung oil, and buffing. This would make someone a nice really big salad bowl or a nice wash basin for a baby.

That's a nice, big bowl, Glenn! Nice finish and to me the rim looks really good with that form. Nice work! You might get more than one baby in that bowl!

Thanks for the pictures!

Glen,

Now that one looks more like my size portion of popcorn or ice cream

Beautiful bowl.... thanks for showing

Wow Glenn, that is really nice.:) I like the shape and color of this bowl, not to mention the size.;)

Hope this eases the pain from the last one.:(

Nice Glenn, I would agree that would be one heck of a pocorn or icecream bowl. I really like the color of it.

Too nice a piece for popcorn.

But just right for a gallon of anything by Starbucks - make mine Java Fudge

Sure is pretty, Glenn. Thanks for showing.

Nice Glenn! I like the size and shape. The color and grain of the wood is great also.
