Jim's post (http://www.sawmillcreek.org/showthread.php?t=29519) about the model engine reminded me of a 1/3 scale ferrari 312pb that a guy built from scratch.

Check it out here (http://www.fineartmodels.com/pages/product.asp?content_area=6&sub_area=139&product_area=139)

Here is a video (www.websiteexpertise.com/foc/Movies/ferrari312.rm)

The video requires realplayer and is poor quality but still worth watching.

Amazing model car, Loy. I didn't look at the video (personal policy about installing Real Player on any of my machines), but the pics are awesome. Talk about having too much time (and money) on your hands! Thanks for the links.

Thats freaky......

15 years to make....3 years just for the drawings taken from full size Ferrari. That is one mean machine. Thanks for sharing....

If we could only find a person that was 1/3 scale to drive it.

That is my policy too. I use Real Alternative (http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Real_Alternative.htm).

Geez, if he went to all that trouble, why only do it 1/3 scale?!? Go all the way and have something FUN to drive!!!

Still pretty cool...

Jason, that is what I was thinking!! Now that he got Ferrarie to provide him with the key drawings, make your own!! ;) At least make it remote control...
