Epson ET-4800 printer problem: Lines on the printed pages

Got the new Epson printer up and running, but got a problem with it, that I can't seem to fix. Whenever I print out a page, I get thin yellow lines on the pages I print out. I tried the vertical and horizontal fix, but can't seem to get rid of the lines on the pages. What am I doing wrong, and how do I fix it ?

I got it fixed. Print heads needed cleaning
