Cope + Stick gap issue

I’m using a brand new Freud cope and stick set, and I get a gap at the cove (Freud 99-760).
I’ve tried multiple ways to adjust the settings on the cope bit but the gap is consistent.

Is there something I can do?
All the door rails are cut to final length so I can’t change that. Thanks for any advice on this.
I used the Freud because it has the adjustability for the plywood panel.
Tempted to try a non-adjustable set, but if there’s a fix of course I’ll try that first.

Problem solved. I just needed to move shims around on the stick cutter bit.
