Wood Spirit

I am new to carving and doing power carving with a flex shaft tool. This is one of my first and is a Wood Spirit carved from Poplar. I have found so much help on YouTube as I learn. I watched a video by Jerry Johnson to help with this one.

If you like caricature carvings and that interest you, theres a lot of great videos on YT. Lynn Doughty has some great videos, and believe it or not, he does a majority of his carving with a utility knife.
