I saw some of their drill bits, router bits and saw blades at a show today, they looked good. Does anyone here have any experience with them??

Get a good set of Forstner bits, not the Bad Dog set. I don't have their spiral bits, but after my experience with their forstners, I wouldn't risk 'em. Some of the smaller ones in my set are off center. That is to say that the point isn't the center of the bit's diameter. It causes the drill to wobble when drilling a hole which my grandfather would have described as "wallered out!"

Think of their demo too... What were they showing? They showed how well the bit could turn and cut a crooked hole through 2x4s. Did they once drill hardwood in just a straight-on fashion and demonstrate a clean and accurately-sized hole? They didn't in the demo I saw when I bought mine, and there's a reason why they didn't.

Get something else!

Thanks Jeff. You're right about the demo. I didn't buy them and won't.
