They are 3.5 and 5.5 years old.
I found these little kits on https://learntosolderkits.com/collections/all that are super simple. The instructions are great and there aren’t too many parts. The only downside is that the kits use cr2032 lithium batteries. They are getting to the age where we could probably trust them but the downside of them swallowing a battery is just too great. We have to keep the devices safe and they can play with them only under supervision.
Still, the boys are very proud.
