I'm making frame and panel fronts to go on a client's refrigerator.

The client wants the panel on the bottom freezer drawer to look like two cabinet doors.
So, what sort of handle / handles can I put on there?

- the kitchen is white oak face frame, and we used small brass knob pulls on the cabinets, but I think these will be too small for the freezer drawer. Something that is easier to take hold of would work better.

I looked around online but I haven't found anything we like yet.
All suggestions welcome!

You can use whatever handles match the kitchen...you just have to countersink on the back for the fasteners and possibly use shorter fasteners to, um...fasten them...to the panels. To maintain strength, make the gap between the "doors" as just a shallow groove as a shadow line.

can go with something substantial but more hidden like this.
https://www.myknobs.com/emt87160.html?finish=Satin+Brass&lengthInches=5.25&gclid=CjwKCAjwtfqKBhBoEiwAZuesiHqG1kyQfvQlbgdMwZi0 3uIhF-Iox3feGQ6W_E32VGhIaIHNP0PGlBoC4csQAvD_BwE

also has a strong mounting surface that conceals behind the panel in a mortise.

Rather than trying to match the freezer drawer to the cabinet doors, how about matching it to the refrigerator door. That makes more visual sense to me. And you should get a hefty pull from this approach.

Have you tried to discourage them from a design that looks like two panels? Two panels means two handles which means two hands to open which is inconvenient if you have something in one of your hands. A single centered handle would be a better functional design

Some great feedback here. Thanks everyone, I'll be discussing all this tomorrow with the client.
