Seems 1950's? Could be a fun restoration effort depending on how far gone it is or isn't.

Wow, so it is! Image searching "butcher saw" clearly reveal that worktop and very curved upper enclosure that I just wasn't seeing in the searches for wood and metal cutting band saws. Mystery solved. Thanks!
