Installing Red Dot combiner 100 watt CO2

I have just installed a Cloud Ray Red Dot combiner on my 100 watt Chinese Laser.
I have a couple problems.
After refocusing several times the power is down.
Before: cutting 1/4" acrylic at 12 mm sec
After installation: fastest time is 8 mm /sec

The red dot is weak. image is at the opening to the 3rd mirror.
