My wife has been watching the "4 levels of ....." cooking shows which I believe originate from Epicurious. But she watches them on youtube for reason I will explain. In the show, they pick a particular dish, like pizza, a cake, burgers, even bloody marys. Three chefs, a beginner, an intermediate, and an expert prepare the dish and show and describe how they do it. Then a food scientist gives their opinion of the resulting dishes.
The show is fun to watch because the expert chefs are normally so completely over the top that it's hilarious. And the various chefs put in little digs at one another also. One does get a lot of good information, but it's done in an enjoyable fashion. My wife watches on youtube because the snarky viewer comments are a hoot. They are usually about how over the top the expert chef is. In the bloody mary episode, the expert chef procured special artisanal ice to use, and then at the end, brought out a blowtorch to singe some rosemary to use as a garnish.
Anyway, if you enjoy cooking at all, it's an informative and entertaining show.
