I have bought from PennState and from thegoldennib.com. I think The Golden Nib was a better quality, but quite a bit more expensive. That was years ago. I have not made shaving stuff recently.

Arizona Silhouette (https://www.arizonasilhouette.com/) also carries them. I've purchased knots from them in the past, but not in several years. (Not because of lack of quality, but because I no longer turn shaving brush handles.)
FYI: I just learned that Arizona Silhouette has been sold to the good folks at The Golden Nib.

They all come from China anyway. You can buy them directly from China on eBay and Alibaba cheaper than us suppliers. Buy anal quantities until you find a supplier you really like them stock up.
