Jointer Questions

I was just given an old Duro 4" jointer from my FIL. No motor, no manual. I need to know:

1. How fast to spin the cutterhead. It has 3 knives, and Delta's jointers spin at around 14,000 CPM. That would mean about 4670RPM, right?

2. Assuming a 1.5" pulley on the cutter and a 1725 RPM motor, what size pulley on the motor? Ifigured about a 4" pulley

3. Anyone know a good site explaining how to tune this? Adjusting knoves and tables?
