SMC Pix police are going to have to get on the those MI folks for not posting the appropriate visuals.:D
I agree Steve do not try this at home. This is clearly a trained professional

Agreed - not a good plan. The closest I've ever come was when I had a VW bus. I had a length of 2x4 that rested on the gas pedal and a rock you slid along it to provide cruise control on the highway. Actually worked pretty well!

I actually did that in a snow storm back in 1968!! I didn't use the tool box and just let it idle so I got away with it luckily.:D I'm lucky the car didn't run over me! What was I thinking? That's probably not even the stupidest thing I have ever done. I'd rather be lucky as smart, fortunately I have been so far.

I'm sure you've all seen this.
Another wise move in automotive history.

I sure wouldn't do it, but really it doesn't look all that unsafe. I probably would have secured the lower end of the 4x4 from kicking out though!

You gave us a good laugh around the office today. Seems the guy in our office who lives near Paw Paw, has been working on site in Kalamazoo, and has a history of calling in sick because of embarassing car problems wasn't around yesterday.

He swears it wasn't him though.
