My new/used bandsaw for $350

I am going Friday to pick this bandsaw up. I just wanted to show you guys because i was somewhat patient finding a used bandsaw. Here some pics. If there is anything you noticed from the pics i should ask about please let me know.

This is the only thing wrong with the bandsaw. Atleast that is what he is saying. I guess he had to move out of his house into an apartment so he cant use it anymore. What do you all think.

My first project with the bandsaw is going to be a modern file cabinet. The front of the cabinet is going to be wavie. I will take pics when i start. I can't wait to pick it up. Only a couple more days. :D
