I don't see any compelling reason to try them over other established quality brands that are more widely known and available.

I've got a few Guhdo branded blade and scoring sets for my slider that are great but these were made prior to their acquisition by Dimar (https://www.dimartooling.com/dimar-israel). Not sure if those Gmaxx blades come from the same factory in Germany anymore.
