Evening, folks...
This is a cross post from the Reddit forum...
I have a DWE7491 and aligning the blade is difficult because the blade sits far to the left. When it’s set at 45°, it hits the insert. This is despite loosening the four hex cap screws underneath and pushing it all the way to the right (I even had it in its side to let gravity do the work). I went so far as to elongate the adjustment slots, but it didn’t help. I can’t find any other interference. Anyone else have this issue or have an idea how to solve it. Is this a matter of just aligning to the miter slot and then just make a new insert? Or am I asking too much of a job site saw? Thanks!
