I'm refinishing a gun stock and wondering if sanding sealer can be used to fill the pores in the grain.
I'm assuming I would stain first then seal and then topcoat.
Don't know what type of wood the stock is made from. All I know is the rifle was made in China (gasp). It's a soft wood and light colored.
