Can I rename a thread?

I searched for an answer to this question, really I did, but I didn’t find an answer. Can I rename a thread that I’ve have already started?

"You" cannot rename it after the edit window expires, but a moderator can help you with that. Contact one privately with the request including a link to the thread so they don't have to search for it. If the thread is brand new and the edit window still open, you can modify a thread title by choosing the "advanced" editing screen.
