Well this is my 2nd finished project off the lathe. My spinbotchala fever has come down to a tolerable 104, maybe I'll go back to flat stuff:eek: NAWWWWWW.:o Course I need to finish some doors for a cabinet. I wonder if spindles in place of panels would satisfy the wife;)

uh oh... now you have a mallet that's too pretty to use on anything! Hate it when that happens...
Of course, you could just hang it on the wall.
Nice work, Jim.

It will be a user that's for sure!!! I'm just practicing here. When I can get some beech I'll make a pretty one:)

I just went out to the garage to see what I have. The pile is too big and it's dark right now...but I did find a couple of pretty nice 4X4X18 maple blanks out there. One had some awesome curl on one end. Ya want 'em?;)
