2 weeks ago I ordered the jet pen lathe from allprotools. It came in and when I unpacked it I did not find the mandrel, bushings, knockout rod, and 2 centers. I emailed allpro and informed them. They emailed back and said they were working on it. Sunday I was emptying my scrap box and lo and behold there was the missing parts. On Tuesday a new lathe appeared at the office from all pro. I sent it back but I also apologized for my mistake. They were first rate in the way they handled the problem. Just thought it deserved mention.
