I wonder what the story is behind the Japanese (?) sword he's holding. Sure hope that sword isn't his favorite "management tool". :) :) :)

Bought it yesterday on Kindle and read it. Found it a very good written book about Shiraz and his life. Definitely a hard driven man who has succeeded in life by hard work and treating people well.
