Jet 12 inch variable speed drill press (Model: JWDP-12)

When I was drilling out a piece of wood this fell out onto my table on the drill press:

I can't find where it might have come from and the parts list on the drill press isn't much help. I don't find a slotted set screw listed.

I don't have a gauge yet to see exactly what size it is but I'd guess 8 mm by 8 mm.

I'm wondering if anyone else has this drill press and may have something similar happen?

What about item 104? 8 mm set screw for the quill?

Also item 86. Also 8 mm and quantity of 2.
