All, we talked about some investing earlier this year. I'm pulling back from tech stocks now and I plan to review this decision early next year. I think we are going to have some chaos in the USA between now and mid-Jan and I think some of the tech and media stocks might suffer from that situation.

I plan to park in natural gas and silver (my normal places of retreat in turbulent times). Some of you will find value in stocks that are responding positively to the various vaccines as well.

Exactly why I use mutual funds rather than discrete stocks...

Airline stocks are still very low, they seem to be a reasonable holding place for tech and MBS.

I made far too many trades this year thinking I was smart☺ Well guess what, smart? I'm afraid not, I went back and looked at my portfolio as of Jan 1 and if I had held on to that portfolio for all of 2020 to date, my total value would have been higher than it is after all my trades.
PS I am currently pretty heavy into tech and healthcare ( about 50% of my holdings) and planning to stay there
