Atleast nails put into osb. I can never remove an osb board without it breaking apart around the nail.

Is this a asked as a joke? I can understand the frustration, but that is never going to happen. In fact for most sheathing applications, screws are not allowed. They must be nails driven as per the applicable schedule.

It'll leave a divot in the OSB but you can pull the nail when it's driven under the nail head. Works unless dealing with gun driven (countersunk) nails in 7/16 sheathing. Then you may just have a bigger hole.
