There are several very good videos and write ups on setting up parallelogram jointers. I have noticed that none address something that the Grizzly manual requires which is to check the tables at both ends for parallel, and then also at a diagonal.
You can see this in Fig. 49 and 51 of the grizzly g0609 jointer.
Is this really necessary? I don't understand how if the tables are parallel at both ends, they could possibly be out of parallel on a diagonal if the outfeed table is parallel with the cutter head.
