I'm down to about two square inches in the lower left corner - where, if I close my left eye and raise my eyebrows til it hurts - I can actually see the mangled form in front of me.

Happy anniversary Carole. I am a yearling too now. At least it has been a year since I saw a lathe and decided I wanted to do it. I didn't get my first lathe till February. Wish my stuff was as good as yours. Beautiful work you do. Is great to know you.
