I am building a TV Cabinet and have two smaller inset doors that I am needing to put some kind of catch on. I'm using free swinging hinges. I dislike the cheap magnet catches the hardware store has.
Asking for suggestions on what would be a good choice. Something small and inconspicuous that I could mount on the top corner of the door.
Any suggestions for a nice door catch for these inset doors ?
Thanks

Google "bullet catches". I've used them and they work great. Look nice too.

Horton Brass ball catches are nice, but kind of finicky to install.

Brusso ball catch. Top shelf hardware.

FWW did an article about hidden magnetic catches awhile back. These are cheap, work great, are totally invisible, and are widely adaptable. This is my go-to catch for the kind of doors you're showing. Buy the magnets at K&J Magnetics. https://www.finewoodworking.com/membership/pdf/251829/011268044.pdf

Magnetic catches I used on my last project: magnets are embedded in door and stop block with leather dots used for softening the close. For the OP's application, I think the ball catch would be better. I am working on a project as we speak with doors similar to the OP's and I have opted for the Brusso ball catches: inconspicuous.

Looking at these ball catches. What size would I use for 3/4” thick doors ?
Thanks
