Well, in US I was spoiled by Amazon and a million other online retailers. Options are little limited across the border. Well we do have Lee Valley :)

So, this weekend I needed some metric tools and homedepot did not have it. I like Wera Tools and found a retailer - KMS Tools. Went there, and it's like tool heaven. Everything kind of tools are there and from various price range.

If you are up here, definitely recommend checking it out.

PS: I am not affiliated or in any way related with KMS Tools.

I am on their Club mailing list. There are exceptions, but I agree.
You can also try Summit, but get the named brands rather than the ROK stuff

KMS kind of replaced House of Tools for me. When they went under there was kind of a vacuum until KMS came along. The only other Canadian stores that I know of are Busy Bee tools and Canadian Woodworker.

Adding to the list.
I have had a couple orders from Federated Tool Supply in Ontario and found them to be good to deal with. I ordered some of the parallel clamps on sale in their clearance section and they arrived quickly and seem very good quality and compare well to my Bessey clamps.
I also have bought my FS Tools saw blade from Normand in Quebec and received good service.
I’m sure there must be a couple good shops in Vancouver but they may not have a big web presence. I’ve had good success getting tools from Industrial supply shops that I find in the Yellow Pages. Old school I know, but then again, so are most of the best shops I’ve found.

More additions for online shopping from BC are R&D Bandsaws and Stockroom Supply, there's also a store in Burnaby near Summit Tools called Ultimate Tools. Haven't dealt with them, per their website they handle Festool, Bessey ie mainly higher end stuff.

This is nice! So many more shops. Few more shops I ordered from:

- https://ardec.ca/ : Only shop were I could find denatured alcohol at good price
- https://woodchuckers.com/ : CBN wheels at OK price. I use LV CBN wheel and washers from Woodchuckers.

If you keep visiting new tool store options...it's going to be VERY costly to you... ;) :D

It's OK we're just spending 75 cent dollars.

Lol!

In all seriousness I must slow down. Everytime I am at any tool store, I find something I "need".
