I wish that we all had the equipment we wish we had.

I wish we all could make our projects using the complicated techniques used by the great masters.

I wish that when I finsihed a project I coudn't see my own mistakes.

I wish I were truely a great turner.

I wish that I had an 8yo with me all the time to remind me what is fun and what is not.

I wish that I was as courageous as a 10yo, never fearing failure and thinking that life lasts forever.

I wish I had the wood that my progenitors had, making furniture that people wanted and were willing to pay for.

I wish that artisans were respected and appreciated as the important contributers to our generation that they are.

I wish I were 20yo but, with all the knowledge and insight I have at 49.

I wish we SMC members could all be at one place at once and have a great party. We would never be the same again...

It's causing my 32 tpi backsaw to have serious incompetency issues:D
