I was going crazy trying to dial in my new sled with the 5 cut method. I was going forwards and backwards, sometimes by almost the same amount of adjustment. I finally realized that even though I was using the provided hold down clamp, the subject piece was still being pulled into the blade because the sled surface is so slick. With a board long enough to span the two T-tracks I was able to capture the subject piece in place and in three 5-cut passes it was at 0.000103. I'm a happy camper now.
