I just received your 2006 catalog. Inside the front cover I noticed the manager of your complaint department, BIG MAC. Could You and He get his friends to offer outsourcing services for complaint departments? Speaking for myself, I certainly wouldn't argue with him face to face:D

Big Mac's been around awhile, he's in other catalogues. You don't hear many complaints about Grizzly customer service, so I don't think he gets a lot of business.

I've been anxiously awaiting the catalogue, and here I sit in a hotel room in Chicago with my new catalogue in my mailbox 400 mi. away. What a bummer.
