Bought the JSP power cap in Oct 2019 and when I turned it on the other day I head loud clanking noise. Upon investigation I found this part439902 it is three fan blades from the fan. I have know idea how it could have broken other than it was a defect in the fan.
Emailed Pekesafty who is where I bought and they gave me two choices, mail me a new part so I could fix it or send them (shipping label would be sent) and they would repair.
I received the whole motor unit today.
What a great company and service.
I have been very happy with the product. It is light weigh and comfortable to wear.
