Shadowing on tumblers

Hi there, does anyone know why I would all of a sudden get "shadowing" on my engraved tumblers? There was no shadowing the last time I engraved but today there is. All the settings are the same as they were. Weird. Thank you.

Check your mirrors and lens, if they are loose will cause that.
