Pneumatic flap / drum sanders

I could use a pneumatic drum sander and I'd like advice on what make and type work well. I have only used one, several years back, and I can't remember who made it.

Also, I'm not sure what exactly is the commonly used name for these. Here's a screenshot of a Grizzly G8749 drum / flap sander that is what I mean.

It just happens there's a Marschke inflatable drum sander for sale locally, they are asking $350.
It's has that cool old arn factor, but it's 3-phase, and I plan on using the sander in my back garden so the dust can feed the soil instead of cloaking the inside of my shop, so a 3-phase machine is unfortunately not practical for me.
