3M AS-400 respirator lens covers?

Does anyone know where to get peel-off lens covers for the 3M AS-400 respirator? Or covers made for other respirators or purposes that might fit well enough?

The trend airshield overlays would probably fit. Craft supply sells them in 10 packs.
