Nova Comet II Lathe - Used - fair value?

I found a Nova Comet II Lathe for sale. It's the previous model (no digital readout). The guy is asking $300 with the accessories that came w it + a single carbide blade (hollow blade?) And a few extras.

Good deal ? Horrible ? Reasonable ? What say you experts ?
