Is everyone else unable to get through to Lee Valley? I just get a "That Mail Box is Full" message from Sales and Service Numbers today.

Several threads here and LV's COVID-19 Notice:

(linked on their home page) all note they are slammed and backed up due to reduced staff handling high levels of calls.

They have always unwound when jammed up before, I'd give them time to get to you. (Either try later or try another avenue to communicate. E.g. if you email you should be in the queue, so they'll get to you in turn.)

Today is a national holiday in Canada. No one is working.

Ok... thanks guys that makes sense I suppose. I get the Covid-19 issue and slowness... I was just surprised to get a message that sounded more like a "technical difficulty" instead of an announcement of being closed for the holiday. I am not familiar with the Canadian holidays and LV has always been available at least when I have called. Thanks for clarifying!
