Refinish this door

I built these doors when I built the shop in ‘15. They are redwood out of some very old 3” wine tanks. Trim is purple heart. The 3/8” panel shown is the problem. The cathedrals are beginning to feather off. The finish was a few coats of Daley’s Shark fin Oil and a few coats of Arm-r-seal poly. The doors are under a 12’ deep porch but the late pm summer sun blasts them. I hope to not have to finish the entire door and am afraid that without some care the panel will split. What do you think would be best?435161

The peeling probably means those pieces have the wrong side out. The "bark side" should on the exterior side. If they
have no cover I would add a "drip moulding , perhaps one at top and bottom.
