How does shipping from Grizzly work? When you order from Grizzly, and they ship by UPS; does it arrive by UPS , or does UPS drop it off at the local Post Office, and let the USPS handle delivery to the house ?

Vendors use a variety of methods for shipping these days...what's specifically going to be used for your particular order should be clear at the time you are ordering. If it's UPS, then it will generally stay UPS. If it's UPS SmartPost or something similar, it will get dropped by UPS at the USPS that serves you and will be delivered by the USPS carrier, although the system is smart enough that quite often, if you have a regular UPS delivery coming that day, the UPS SmartPost shipment stays with the Brown truck. I have that happen quite frequently here. So check the shipping specifications when you are finalizing your order as the description of the service matters. BTW, UPS SmartPost and similar are often used for "free shipping" arrangements from many vendors but can usually be upgraded for a fee to direct UPS or FedEX. (There is a similar "saver" service via FedEX that also drops to USPS, too)
