Some conduit connectors like https://www.lowes.com/pd/Southwire-3-4-in-1-in-Length-Conduit-Connector-Schedule-40-PVC-Compatible-Conduit-Fitting/3615574?cm_mmc=shp-_-c-_-prd-_-elc-_-google-_-lia-_-206-_-conduitandfittings-_-3615574-_-0&store_code=1158&placeholder=null&&ds_a_cid=112741100&gclid=CjwKCAjw8J32BRBCEiwApQEKgQMfypsxI49sxbQHj9kk 7KlvHtw8ByGaKe5BwtCGEagjacJcqPedpBoCt3kQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds have no provision to clamp the wire as it comes out of the connector into a electric box. Is there an add-on type of clamp that can be used in the end of such a connector? - or is it unnecessary to clamp the ends of wires that are inside flexible conduit/cables ?

You don't need to clamp wires emerging from a conduit. Cables entering a box do need to be clamped.
