I just bought a refurbed win 10 laptop as my old Dell win 7 was dying . Carole sent me all the links to install drivers and new lasercut software. After I did that I must of messed something up as the laser would not respond to commands. Carole spent a couple hrs on the phone yesterday and today walking me thru the setup and then troubleshooting the problem after it didn't work. Glad to say I'm up and Running again .
