Spring loaded Latch

Has anyone used or know f a source where a spring loaded latch such as this one can be found? It is used for holding a door tite when shut. Friction pressure(pulling the handle) will allow the latch to conpress the spring and open the door. This is used to keep a door tight against insulating gasket.
