i am looking to replace the knife hinges on a cabinet I used for a vanity in our bath remodel.

they are 1 in from center of pivot to the back of the hinge, 3/8 wide and 1 7/8 total length with 2 screws about 1.85 apart about 9/16 from the pivot end. about 1/4 total thickness.

any one know who has a selection of knife hinges?

these are stamped steel, loose, bent. etc.

this is the closest i have found, but there are not nearly enough dimensions on this site for them. waiting for a call back.

I bought my knife hinges directly form Brusso on their site:

https://www.brusso.com/offset-pivot-hinges/

That link was for the type I bought. It sounds like you want a different configuration. You can also download the entire Brusso catalog as a pdf.

Lots of others sell them. Tools for Working Wood claims to carry the entire Brusso line:

I ended up ordering them from paxton hardware. not sure this old cabinet i got for free needs $66 x 4 worth of hinges. I am sure those brusso ones are top quality.

paxton and restoration supply seem to have the same stuff. the lee ones don't have enough offset, and i think the brussos are similar. i spoke to a nice lady at paxton who went and found the hinge in their stock, and a tape measure and measured them while on the phone with me. great service. i would recommend them for your next purchase.
