Had to sand about 70 Shutter frame parts in preparation for painting.
I initialing started with two ROS sanders going from 120 to 220 grit.
Then at lunch, a light bulb went on and this is what I did.
I did two light passes through the Drum Sander for each side. On the second pass, I used the ROS to get it smooth enough for spray painting.
Now I just have to do the edges tomorrow.
150 grit in the Supermax and 220 in the ROS
