Finished this rosary box xmas gift for my mom about 30 minutes before she arrived today for the holiday. This is the first box I've made. Not the greatest results - you can see the mistakes if you look. But, I suppose not bad for a first attempt at a box.

Box is made with curly cherry, and bloodwood for the inlay and miter keys. Finished with BLO, Tung oil & Mineral Spirits.

Very nice John. I sure don't see any mistakes. I like the combinations of the wood and finish. Keepem coming!

Nice job John, and real pretty wood. Little boxes can be more of a challenge than one might think. I'll bet your mom was real pleased.
