Anyone ever seen one of these? Says ROSS on the front. 6 1/2 long, base is 3 5/8 x 1 3/8 weighs just over 2 lbs.

I agree with Gerry. It was probably made by a patternmaker who made a mold from an original casting, maybe a Stanley 85 as Tony said.

When looking at it, I don't believe it would work all that well. I have a LN#85, and it is not the most user friendly scraper-have had it about 20 years maybe, and it is one of the last scrapers I even consider using. With this one, posted by the OP, with a front knob missing, I would think this one, would be a real bear.
