Thanks to Jim Becker, he inspired me to make a little, portable down draft sanding station.

The top panels are Powertec 75050, $40 from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DVQRHBS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I have a lot of long parts to sand for a current project. Hopefully, this will make it a little easier and a little cleaner.

Very nice setup. Isn't that Powertek kit the bee's knees for this kind of thing? Reasonably priced at just under $40US and it has the "hardware" (soft type) that's desirable for the task integral. I like your support idea for long stock, too. Remember the orange ones are "stops" and are proud of the black stock supports. I'm not leaving them in my panels and will only use when necessary to keep something from moving.
